Onyxware partners with trusted courier services to ensure fast and efficient delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a reshipment is required due to such issues, the customer will bear the reshipping cost along with any applicable penalties.

We aim to deliver all orders within 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch. Your order will be shipped using reliable logistics partners and delivered to your doorstep.
